Mission
Breakthrough partners with people to build connections, develop skills, and open doors of opportunity

Our Mission
New Life Centers connects young people and their families with Christ and community through life-on-life relationships. In neighborhoods too often overlooked, we walk alongside our neighbors to foster healing, restore hope, and raise the next generation of leaders.

Why We Exist
This work began in 2005, when neighbors in Little Village turned to New Life Community Church seeking support amid real challenges—violence, instability, and limited opportunities for young people.

What started as after-school support quickly grew into something deeper. A consistent presence. A trusted partner. A place where people could find both care and direction.

Today, 20 years later, that same commitment continues. We meet needs as they arise, with solutions shaped by the community itself. Our work now spans five core areas: mentoring, education, sports, peacemaking, and community care—reaching families across Chicago with programs rooted in relationship and trust.

Our Impact

  • Mentoring: Consistent relationships that help young people build stability and move forward

  • Education: Nurturing youth year-round as they grow into the next generation of leaders

  • Sports: Where Youth Show Up, Compete, and Stay Engaged

  • Peacemaking: Interrupting Violence, Restoring Lives

  • Community Care: Food, Support, and Response in Real Time

Together, We Heal
Every day, we see what happens when people are met with a steady presence.

• A young person who felt stuck keeps showing up

• A family stabilizes and begins to move forward.

• A neighborhood holds together through care and connection.

This is how change takes hold. Close to home. Over time. In real lives.

Your support keeps this work present where it matters most.

Vision
We envision thriving, welcoming communities where families flourish, and people experience restorative relationships with God, their neighbors, themselves, and all of creation.

Mission
At World Relief, our mission is to boldly engage the world’s greatest crises in partnership with the church.

Vision
Our vision is to launch 1,000 Gospel Justice Centers transforming lives in the name of Christ. That is a big, hairy, audacious goal and it won’t happen apart from God and you. But we believe that “all things are possible with God.”

With your help, we can build vibrant justice communities to free people from legal burdens so they can flourish. Together, we will seek justice.

Mission
Empowering vulnerable neighbors with the help of a lawyer and the hope of God's love.

Global Partners

Mission
World Vision is an international partnership of Christians whose mission is to follow our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in working with the poor and oppressed to promote human transformation, seek justice, and bear witness to the good news of the Kingdom of God.

JEO

Mission
JEO seeks to share the love of Christ with Arabs in the Holy Land while going about doing good as Christ did. Our projects build relationships with people, sharing the Good News and coming alongside them in discipleship. JEO blesses those in need in the midst of war both physically and spiritually. We especially want to see young Arabs coming to the Lord as we believe the future of the church depends on them.

Mission
AFTA serves alongside local believers, church planters, and house churches across the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe, especially among communities with little or no access to the gospel. Through discipleship, leadership development, evangelism, and compassionate partnership, AFTA seeks to strengthen healthy, multiplying churches in some of the world’s most spiritually and socially challenging regions. Their ministry is rooted in long-term relationships, equipping local leaders, and walking faithfully with believers, including many from Muslim backgrounds, as they grow in Christ and share the hope of the gospel in their communities.
