Paul & Christy Knudson

The Knudsons

Paul and Christy arrived in Bolivia in 2000 to teach at a Bible institute. During that time they felt a calling to help train and encourage Quechua church leaders. Although they have left this focus for the present, their continued desire is to see a strong, mature church among the Quechua people. Paul is now the SIM Bolivia Director providing leadership for the mission and overseeing the welfare of all the missionaries.

He often works with UCE (SIM church in Bolivia) national leadership. Besides caring for the family and supporting Paul as director, Christy teaches at Carachipampa Christian School. She has currently enrolled on a two-year course on special education with Colorado Christian University as preparation for developing a ministry to people with special needs.
